Roofman (12A) at The Film Place

Roofman is based on a true story in which an army veteran takes to robbing McDonald’s restaurants, entering via their roofs. After one spell in prison, he lives secretly inside a Toys R Us store for six months.  Graeme Tucket of The New Zealand Post says, “Roofman is a good-natured romp of a film. The performers are mostly superb, the writing is engaging and funny, and everything looks and sounds great”. A warm-hearted family film.
