11.05am: Listen to retired Detective Superintendent Stephen Parker from the Metropolitan Police Special Operations Unit, give his fascinating inside story on 'Operation Atlantic' - how the Met police combatted UK gangsters, the Mafia, a drugs cartel and a contract killing. Followed by the all-you-can-eat , 'you won't go home feeling hungry', delicious carvery or lighter bite if you prefer, all in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Fifty and over, retired or not, with a professional background, we'd be delighted to see you. If you are coming for the first time you will be very warmly welcomed, and you will very quickly feel at home. 'Get connected, stay connected' as many already have this year, and over the last 30 years.
